Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle hands on therapy that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction as well as improve whole-body health and performance.
The Craniosacral Therapy Initial Appointment is a 75-minute session that includes a discussion about your concerns and an overview of the treatment session. Following the session, we will discuss the findings and outline a plan for ongoing care.

The Craniosacral Therapy Follow Up Appointment - 60 Minutes offers extended relaxation and targeted relief for those who have already undergone an initial session.

Bodywork
Bodywork includes any combination of scraping, cupping, manual therapy, or stretching. These modalities help to relieve pain and tension in the muscles and joints. The bodywork session will provide a customized experience based on your specific needs and concerns. Muscle & Joint Assessments
The Muscle & Joint Assessment provides a thorough assessment of an area that has been impacted by injury or chronic pain, resulting in a comprehensive understanding of your specific needs. Over the course of 60 minutes, you will receive a detailed assessment, personalized treatment options tailored to your unique situation, and a customized care plan encompassing targeted stretches and exercises. Pricing includes the progression of the care plan at each subsequent visit.

Kinesiology Taping
Kinesiology Taping is a therapeutic taping technique used to reduce pain, decrease swelling, improve circulation, and enhance performance. The tape gently lifts the skin, allowing better blood and lymphatic flow to the affected area, promoting faster recovery. This service takes about 10 minutes and can be done alone or can be added on at the end of any other service with Luminous CST.
